The short version: we store the data you enter so the app can work, we protect it with per-user isolation, and we never sell it or use it for ads. You can export or delete it whenever you want.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of the data processed through InvoiceJS is:
- Identity: Jhoana Rodriguez
- Address: Barcelona, Spain
- Email: jhoa@invoicejs.com
2. What we collect
- Account data: the email address you sign up with.
- Invoice data: the clients, invoices and settings you create in the app.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
We don't collect more than the Service needs, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
Your data is used for exactly one thing: providing the Service — storing your invoices, calculating totals, generating exports and share links. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to build advertising profiles.
4. Where it lives and how it's protected
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controlled by your account. Each user's data is isolated: no other account can read your invoices or clients.
5. Share links
When you create a share link, that specific invoice becomes viewable in read-only mode by anyone who has the link. Nothing is shared unless you create a link yourself.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export (CSV) or delete your data at any time. For deletion requests or any privacy question, contact us at jhoa@invoicejs.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
7. Cookies & local storage
The app uses the browser storage strictly needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (like language). No third-party ad cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the latest version will always live on this page with the date above updated. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
Your invoices. Your data. Full stop.
No credit card. No trackers. Just clear, professional invoices.
